Custom Cake Orders
We offer a wonderful pre-set selection of cakes, but we understand that some cake wishes exceed our online offerings! If you would like to place an order for a completely custom cake, such as a themed cake (ex: superhero, movies, animals, etc), a tiered cake, or sheet cake:

As of right now we do not offer portraiture, screen printing, or 3D cakes

Cancellation and Refund Policy
PLEASE EMAIL US AT thetwinbakery@gmail.com IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
FOR REGULAR ORDERS (not including cakes OR custom cakes):
Cancelling an order more than two days before the delivery date can get you a full refund. There is no refund for cancellations less than two days prior to delivery date.
